University Village Campus Developments In the Pipeline
Currently, DataCation Development Group is in discussion with a number of cities and states throughout the United States. The states currently being presented with the University Village concept include: South Carolina, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Maryland, and Kentucky.

Penn Station Redevelopment:
Manhattan, NY
DataCation Development Group’s proposal for the redevelopment of Penn Station will be a return to the grandeur that an entrance to New York City deserves. The station will be designed with the “through-running” transit model to provide an efficient regional transit system. The Penn Station neighborhood will remain intact, with improvements where needed with the input from current residents.

St. Paul’s Campus:
Garden City, NY
DataCation Development Group will work to restore St. Paul’s main building to its original 1800’s grandeur, while upgrading it for use by the Garden City community. The original fieldhouse will be redeveloped as a community theater, with the larger 1960’s era fieldhouse being rebuilt in the image of St. Paul’s main building. A new indoor facility will be developed, (possible turf fields or pool), and new outdoor turf fields will be provided. DataCation Development Group will also assist with the maintenance of the St. Paul’s campus property.
